Casas del Sol started as an association between an architectural and construction business of 30 years experience, that developed a constructive system of industrialized houses and that have successfully carried out diverse activities since 1978.

      The traditional constructive experience indicates that the process towards materializing a house takes too long to enjoy it.
With this in mind and trying to solve all these disadvantages, the idea comes up of industrializing certain constructive procedures to accelerate this process. This is how the VELOX System was created.
                                      

VELOX “Technology that builds”. With the project elaborated by our technical team or provided by the customer and with this system, the parts are built forming the shell of the house using a controlled industrial development.

      Once the construction is mounted on the ground the rest is carried out in the traditional way, allowing the customer to choose materials, textures, colours, according to his taste. The weather is not an important issue.
